We try to make our return policy simple and fair, we pay outgoing shipping and you pay return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees just so long as the shipment arrives back to us in an ‘as new’ condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item for a full refund within 30 days from receipt. Upon return, pending inspection, a refund will be issued for merchandise received in “as new” condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for, properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure safe return.
Delivery applies to the 48 contiguous States.
Most of our products are large and heavy and therefore shipping will usually require the use of a freight (trucking) company to deliver your order.
Shipping times stated in product descriptions are average estimates of when a product would usually ship from our warehouse under normal buying conditions and can be affected by heightened seasonal trade.
We cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances which may occasionally interfere with an estimated delivery schedule.
We make every effort to advise our customers as soon as we become aware of an item out of stock or anticipate a shipping delay. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately. All back orders are kept open and shipped unless expressly cancelled via email or telephone.
We will endeavor to accommodate any requests if you need an item for a specific date or important event.
We will advise via email when the order has left our warehouse and provide your tracking/pro number and the contact details of the freight company. The freight company will then contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery day Mon – Fri.
The order will have been packed securely onto a pallet / skid and our free shipping includes standard curb side delivery. This means that the truck will pull up as close as it safely can to your home. The driver is not required under the shipping conditions to help carry the product. Although most drivers will help you take your furniture off of the truck, we recommend having more than one person present when your furniture arrives to make sure you will have the help you may need unloading and carrying the products. We specify a liftgate service – this allows the furniture to be lowered to the ground without having to physically lift the furniture from the back of the truck.
Inspect all items upon delivery. Damage during shipment is rare and your order will be packed to further prevent accidental damage en route. Your shipment did not leave us in an excessively torn or crushed state and therefore if it arrives in this condition please note any box damage, furniture damage or shortages on the deliver receipt / bill of lading then contact us immediately. If you have multiple items on one shipment, inspect every item. For example, if one item looks damaged, check the others as we can easily replace the damaged item in a separate shipment. If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or missing pieces, we will endeavor to replace or repair the item promptly and at no cost to you. Shortages and damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
If you refuse a shipment delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason this shall be treated as a return, and all shipping charges & restocking charges of up to 30% will be applied. We reserve the right to charge all shipping charges & 30% restocking charges for any returned orders. All Cushions (including furniture items where cushions are a part) and Umbrellas are classified as custom orders and it is not possible to return these items.
We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
