Charleston Sofas & Lounge Chairs are designed with generous proportions that allow for a comfortable seating position. With an upright backrest and a flat seating area. Requires some simple assembly using the brass finish hardware supplied.

The cushions are Water Resistant although they should be stored under cover when not in use. If cushions get wet, tip them on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.

*warehouse clearance furniture and sets are not broken, are structurally sound and everything is still solid A Grade Teak, the faults themselves are only cosmetic and can range from a small dent or slight crack to discoloration.

Any Defects can be solved with either a good clean and possibly a light sanding. They are not returns or damages, they are items we put to one side when they do not meet our usual standard. We sell these items at a discount due to them most likely requiring some amount of work to have them looking perfect.
