If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Our Refund Process

  • No Restocking Fees: Unlike many furniture retailers, we do not charge restocking fees, provided the merchandise is returned in “as new” condition.

  • Full Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

  • Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must arrive at our warehouse in “as new” condition.

Shipping Costs

  • Outgoing Shipping: We covered the cost to get the furniture to you, unless otherwise stated.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
