Our shipping companies are still making deliveries to anywhere in the USA. They are respecting social distancing and taking extra care while making deliveries. 

We are happy to report there is no affect on our UK business and they also continue to operate normally.

Free Shipping is now available on all products and applies to the 48 contiguous states only.

Please be assured that we will pack your order to enable Safe & Secure arrival at the destination. We will provide a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse and in the case of Freight Shipments, the shippers will call you to arrange a convenient delivery day.

  • Shipping

Once we receive your order, we will email you to advise the date that we will send your order.

Shipping times are specified on every product. To get an idea of how long the shipping takes to arrive:

West Coast and North East States will take approximately 7 – 10 days after leaving us.

Southern States will take approximately 3-5 days after leaving us.

Most of our products are large and heavy and therefore shipping will usually require the use of a Freight (Trucking) Company to deliver your order.

Delivery can only be made within the mainland of the 48 contiguous states. We can provide an economical quote for deliveries to any other destinations or offshore islands.

  • Ground Shipping

Individual Benches and Chairs etc will generally be sent via UPS or Fedex Ground Delivery and a tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Freight Order Tracking

We will advise via email when the order has left our warehouse and provide your tracking/pro number and the contact details of the freight company. The freight company will then contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery day Mon – Fri.

  • Freight Order Delivery

Your order has been packed securely onto a pallet and shipping includes standard curbside delivery. This means that the truck will pull up as close as it safely can to your home. The driver is not required under the shipping conditions to help carry the product, although most drivers are very helpful. We recommend having more than one person present when your furniture arrives to make sure you will have the help you may need unloading and carrying the products.

We specify a liftgate service – this allows the furniture to be lowered to the ground without having to physically lift the furniture from the back of the truck.

Damage during shipment is rare and your order will be packed to further prevent accidental damage en route. Please contact us at shipping@oceanicteakfurniture.com to notify us of any damaged items and please include pictures.

Please do not refuse a freight shipment. If your furniture arrives damaged or missing pieces, we will always replace or repair the item promptly and at no cost to you.
