Track Your Order

You can stay updated on your furniture’s journey from our warehouse to your home:

  • Estimated Shipping: View the estimated ship date at the top of every product listing.

  • Live Status: Use the ‘Order Status’ link at the top right of our home page. Simply enter your email address and order number to see where your order stands.

  • Shipping Notification: We will email you the moment your order leaves our warehouse, providing your Tracking/PRO number and the contact details of the freight company.


Shipping Methods

The size of your order determines how it will travel to you:

Ground Shipping (Smaller Items)

Individual items, such as side tables or small accessories, are generally sent via UPS Ground Delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created.

Freight Delivery (Large Orders)

Most of our furniture is large and heavy, requiring secure transport on a pallet.

  • Scheduling: The freight company will call you to arrange a convenient delivery day (Monday – Friday).

  • Curbside Service: Shipping includes standard curbside delivery. The truck will pull up as close to your home as safely possible.

  • Liftgate Service: We specify liftgate service for all freight orders, meaning your furniture is mechanically lowered to the ground so you don’t have to lift it from the truck bed.

  • Extra Hands Needed: While many drivers are helpful, they are not required to carry products into your home. We recommend having at least two people present to help unload and move the items.


Offshore Islands

Standard delivery is restricted to the mainland 48 contiguous states. For certain islands, we can facilitate shipping to a local freight partner:

  • Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard: We ship to Cape Cod Express. You must arrange the final leg of delivery with them (estimated cost: $300).

  • Friday Harbor, WA: Possible via Friday Harbor Freight (estimated additional charge: $400–$500).


Damage & Replacement Policy

Damage during shipment is extremely rare due to our secure packing methods. However, if an issue does occur, we have you covered:

  • Do Not Refuse the Shipment: Even if you see damage, please accept the delivery. Refusing a freight shipment can cause significant delays and extra costs.

  • Our Guarantee: If your furniture arrives damaged or missing pieces, we will replace or repair the item promptly at no cost to you.

  • What to Do: Email us at sales@oceanicteakfurniture.com with a description of the issue and include pictures of the damage.
